What Is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing. Originating in Japan, Reiki channels universal life energy through light touch or hands held just above the body, supporting the body’s natural ability to restore harmony.

Angelic Reiki works at a higher vibrational level, inviting the presence and guidance of the angelic realm to assist in healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. This creates a deeply nurturing, peaceful, and spiritually supportive experience.

What Is Sound Healing?

Sound Healing is a gentle, non-invasive holistic therapy that uses therapeutic sound vibrations to promote deep relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. Instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, drums, and gong frequencies that help calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and restore harmony within the body and mind.

Sound healing has been used for thousands of years across many cultures. Ancient civilizations including the Egyptians, Greeks, Indigenous peoples, and Tibetan traditions used sound and vibration in ceremonial practices, meditation, and healing rituals to support physical health, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual connection. Today, modern sound healing blends these ancient techniques with contemporary understanding of relaxation and nervous system regulation.

The rhythmic tones and frequencies used in sound healing can encourage the brain to shift from active beta waves (associated with stress and busy thinking) into slower alpha and theta brain waves, which are linked to deep relaxation, meditation, creativity, and restorative states. This gentle shift helps the body enter a calm, balanced state where natural reset and renewal can occur.

    No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are.

  • Reiki and Angelic Reiki are suitable for all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re feeling stressed, seeking balance, going through change, or craving time to reconnect, these sessions offer a safe and supportive space to restore your energy.t goes here

  • You’ll relax comfortably in a peaceful space, either lying down or seated, while therapeutic sounds wash over and through your body. Gentle vibrations help quiet the mind and invite the body into a deeply relaxed state.

    You may experience tingling, warmth, emotional release, vivid imagery, or a deep sense of calm. Some people feel immediate benefits, while others notice gentle shifts over the days following their session.

    No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are.

  • Sound Healing is suitable for most people and all ages. However, sessions are not recommended during the first or last trimester of pregnancy. If you have any medical conditions, sound sensitivity, implants, or concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
